"I would recommend Dan and his staff to anyone in need of a realtor. The property we sold was not financially a big number but Dan never made us feel like we were less important than any of his other clients. He was easy to contact and responded quickly to any messages I left him. Dan set up closing to make it most convenient for us as we live a distance from our property. We only had to travel 5 min rather than 2 hours. He gave us guidance without pressure. Thank you Dan."

"We are so thankful that we found such a wonderful realtor - Victoria Litteral. She was SO knowledgeable, SO kind, and SO attentive. She kept us in the loop on any information we needed to know weather it was 10 at night or 7 in the morning! She was always on top of everything. She met us at several properties with last minute notice so we could see them before someone else snatched them up. Gave us wonderful advise when considering putting offers in, etc… I would and will recommend her to anyone I know in the future. Thank you Victoria for such a great experience in working with you! We appreciate all the hard work you did for us!"

Dan wanted to make sure that the one we chose was the right one for us. We found the cabin/hunting land that we always wanted. We had several agents that we worked with over the years to find our dream property but none worked as hard for us as Dan did. He was there answering all my questions either over the phone or vis email. Dan did great negotiations for us and made it happen."
