Our Realtor Dan Schueller sits down with Peggy and Lynn Cupkie of Nisswa. Dan sold the Cupkie’s lake home in about two weeks back in 2020.

Sit down with our Realtor Dan Schueller and our clients and more important, new friends, Peggy and Lynn Cupkie.

The Cupkie’s in March 2020 listed their Leech Lake waterfront home with Dan and our Broker, Diane Pogatchnik. Dan met with the Cupkie’s on site for photography, listing documents and explained how to navigate the process. The property sold in just two weeks.

Now the Cupkie’s have become our good friends and live closer to our team in the Nisswa community. We recently sat down with them at our Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty office in town and later enjoyed a fantastic dinner at our local restaurant Dunmire’s on the Lakes.

We look forward to more dinners, chats and holiday outings with these wonderful people in our community!
