We join Homeless & Wounded Warriors — MN for a fishing gear raffle at The Bridge Tavern, Cuyuna
Is there any better way to drum up some ticket sales in Minnesota than a fishing gear raffle? Perhaps, but the concept is a popular one for patrons of The Bridge Tavern in Cuyuna and volunteers of Homeless & Wounded Warriors — MN.
Ten winners received awesome gear, including a $2,000 top-prize fishing ensemble, a lifetime angling license for a lucky adolescent and custom fishing rods made by Philstrom himself. Our Realtors Victoria Litteral and Dan Schueller folded tickets and drew names on a beautiful evening in Cuyuna country.
For years, Homeless & Wounded Warriors has been our team’s worthy cause of choice, as we can see directly the effect they have on our community and veterans in need. Recent efforts have gone as far as to purchase two handicap-accessible vans for local veteran families. We can easily see first-hand where the funds are distributed.
