"I would recommend Dan and his staff to anyone in need of a realtor. The property we sold was not financially a big number but Dan never made us feel like we were less important than any of his other clients. He was easy to contact and responded quickly to any messages I left him. Dan set up closing to make it most convenient for us as we live a distance from our property. We only had to travel 5 min rather than 2 hours. He gave us guidance without pressure. Thank you Dan."

"Dan helped us find the exact property we were looking for and met us at several other properties even after I thought we found what we were looking for. Dan wanted to make sure that the one we chose was the right one for us. We found the cabin/hunting land that we always wanted. We had several agents that we worked with over the years to find our dream property but none worked as hard for us as Dan did. He was there answering all my questions either over the phone or vis email. Dan did great negotiations for us and made it happen."
